Running

I've been back running/walking  (5 to 6 days) for 2 weeks now. Ive been following a Pinterest endurance training. I am now up to a steady 5 minute run . I do 3 sets of 5 min run with a 1 min walk in between. I know that's not much to you runners out there but for me it is a big deal. Now I'm not real speedy either & I am a huff'n & puff'n to get thru it, but the endurance challenge is working because when I started I couldn't hardly run 1 min ! Today was a struggle, at times I probably looked like I was gonna fall down & shuffle'n my feet but I finished it . My goal is to be able to run 20 or 30 mins without stopping, I don't know ... that seems a way off ... we'll see ?
