Brown & S/P 1 1/2lb of lean hamburger meat with
a 1/4 of cup of diced onion. Drain the meat & wipe
the pan out with a paper towel. In the same pan
put 1 can of cream of mushroom reduce
fat soup & add a half a can of water. Heat the
soup up until melted together. Stir in the meat.
Pour the meat mixture in a casserole pan, you
can put a layer of 2% cheddar cheese on the top
of meat, but I leave it off. Then top the top with tater tots.
Bake at 375 for 25 mins until bubbling
& then broil on high for about 2 mins.
