Congratulations

Yesterday evening one of my sweet friends that I have known for 15 years got married. Cindy looked beautiful , of course ! So happy for her & wish her nothing but the best. The weather cleared up & it ended up being perfect ! A very small sweet , intimate ceremony with just the bride & groom , their children, & their close friends & family. Congrats Cindy !

Home Again

Left Bald Head Island last night & caught an 8:30 ferry to come home. Home, & glad to be here ! Although I enjoy being with my girlfriends, my heart was just not there. I have been battling a really bad chest & head cold since last Friday. I tried but couldn't fight it anymore & just feel like crap ! Probably shouldn't had gone in the first place but I committed to going . Sorry girls for bailing ! Second year now I've been sick on this trip. I now hope no one catches this crud especially my Lil Momma! Tyler started with it yesterday, so now we are both hacking & snotty! A lot has gone on in this past week & a half that I think I have just ran out of steam !

Goodbye Miami

Headed home today ! We weren't suppose to leave till about 9:15 tonight but caught a 10:15 flight this morning & we are glad to be home ! Had a good time ! Thankful for Tyler planning a special trip to celebrate my 40th ! 40 is not so bad ! Was glad to see my children & Granny ! Thank you Granny for giving us peace of mind knowing our children our in the best possible care. It is so nice not to be able to worry. So thankful ! Back to everyday life !

Miami

We left Islamorada today & headed to Miami ! The beach here is beautiful !!!! Miami is huge & very pretty. We spent all afternoon on the beach. I went out & tried to snorkel some. Lots of broken coral & sponges. Saw some pretty fish swimming near the rocks. Tyler was nice enough to stand up on the sand & watch me . I'd throw what I'd find up there & he put them in his pocket. Had to get out because made myself sea sick . I was in heaven though. The place were staying at is The Palms. It is beautiful ! Our room is so nice & have a great view. We're heading home tomorrow! Im ready to get home , missing my babies!

Happy Happy Birthday to my Best Friend ! First year we're not together for our birthdays, makes me sad & I so wished she was with me ! Love ya Erin & don't know what I'd do with out you ! Happy Birthday !

Key West

We headed down to Key West today. Was a great drive. We stopped at everything going & coming . Once we got in Key West our first stop was the southern most point of US. As soon as we parked there was a chicken sitting on the the curb & soon found out the chickens ruled Key West. We walked down the famous Duval St. Saw the famous landmarks & looked in lots of places .

Happy Birthday to Me !!!

Not a bad view to wake up to & breakfast in bed ! 40 is not so bad, although I feel rough today! Battling a bad head & chest cold but didn't stop me from getting out & about. It was HOT. I asked the pool attendant if there ever was a breeze & he said yes usually but not one so far. Never was. We went kayaking this morning. The water here is very clear but it has lots a sea grass in it. It makes it appear darker. We stayed out about an hour. I was hoping to find a treasure of some sort but nothing. Saw some cool fish. Headed back in to the pool to cool off & then to sit at beach but too durn hot so spent the rest of afternoon at pool. I finally had to come in & lay down. Thank goodness for the CVS down the street so I could get some sudafed. Later in the after noon we drove Isamorada. Stop at some local places . Will have to break these post up because I took lots of pics. Feel very blessed to be alive another year! Thankful ! A Birthday to remember for sure . Thank you Tyler! I love you !

Couldn't ask for a better way to end my birthday than to have Olivia sing it to me ! So Precious !!! Love ya Livy !!!
