Happy Anniversary !

Today Tyler & I have been married for 19 years. Wow! Even though we have children it honestly doesn't feel like its been 19 years ! I can say & very proud to say I married the best friend I could ever ask for. I know he knows I love him & I know he loves me . I was putting something in the safe yesterday & ran across the transcript of our wedding ceremony. The beginning of our wedding stated this :

Although this state brings us so many joys, it is also attended by many grave responsibilities. The Word of God teaches that the husband must love, honor, & cherish his wife, & that she in turn must love, cherish, & reverence her husband, that each one forsaking everyone else must cleave to the other in sickness & in health; in poverty & in wealth till death do them part.

The great Apostle Paul so very beautifully guides us in the underlying meaning of love ... which must characterize every marriage.

Love is patience & kind

Love is not jealous or boastful

Love is not arrogant or rude

Love does not insist on its own way

It does not rejoice at wrong , but rejoices at right

Love bears all things, believes all things, endures all things

Love never ends.

We are not perfect but we do truly love & respect each other. Like I said , he is my best friend. I don't like to do things without him & we have fun together, even after the 22 years we've been together. We can still laugh & carry on silly mess & still do the same things that we did when we were dating. Tyler I love you more today than ever , Happy Anniversary !

We can't even sit out on the back porch to enjoy ourselves with out them squawking no lie every minute , I timed it ! Drives me nuts !!!! So I get on computer & look info up on them. The momma doesnt leave the nest & then them babies stay in the nest for 45 days! Are you kidding me ?!! Then it says parents stays with them till early fall. I can't handle it ! I don't know if they've hatched or not but it hasn't been 45 days since ive heard their screeching ! Makes me so ill, can't even enjoy sitting on the porch !

Ride the Ducks

We rode the Duck in Stone Mountain. We had the best guide, Captain Bob. He kept us entertained with his singing. Cameron even got to drive the Duck. We learned a lot too. Did you know that Stone Mt the largest granite formation in the world? Also granite was excavated here for the locks of the Panama Canal, steps for the Washington monument , & recently the statue of MLK that is in Washington. The craving started in 1909 & was complete in 1928. The cravings are of General Robert E Lee, Stonewall Jackson & Jefferson Davis. Pretty cool , we really had a good time there.

Stone Mountain

Today we went to Stone Mountain. We had the best time ! This is a must if you come this way ! Cameron loved it. We went after 4 which was half price & had plenty of time to do things. The best part was staying for the laser light show on the mountain. It was really cool & was set to music from people from Georgia & had fireworks. We really had a good time!

Happy Birthday to my Daddy !

Lake Sinclair

At Kim & Cammie's lake house for the weekend . The house is beautiful & so peaceful. No I have not got in the water ! Told Cameron he better not either. Even in the kayak he is dry . You know this Georgia water is contaminated . Hahaha! Luckily it has been really cloudy & no need to be in the water. Lol! Cammie & Kim just roll their eyes & laugh. I also have no cell phone & very limited Internet , yikes ! I have more pics but takes forever to upload . More later:) , enjoying our time out .

Georgia Aquarium

Oh you know I was in my element ! We've been to a lot of aquariums but this one is by far my favorite. This was our 2nd time here & it was just as memorizing as the first time . It is the worlds largest aquarium & is home to 4 whale sharks. Those whale sharks are absolutely beautiful, massive ! I could stand in that one tank & watch them all day. It also has four beluga whales . They are so graceful & swim all different ways. I just loved being there. Cammie had never been & was amazed as I was at big the whale sharks & even the manta rays. That would be a dream job for me to work at a aquarium. I loved it & oh yea Cameron had fun too!

Downtown Atlanta

We were out & about yesterday in downtown Atlanta. We went to Centennial Park, Coca Cola Museum & the Georgia Aquarium .

Centennial Park
Was built for the 1996 summer olympics that Atlanta hosted. Exhibitors , entertainment & medal presentations were all done in this park. Also the bombing took place there too. It is a beautiful park with lots of memorabilia scattered on the grounds. There was lots of people playing in the fountains too. Free water park !

Coca Cola Museum

We had so much fun there. I had been before but they had closed the old one down & relocated & open the new one in 2007. It Is a beautiful place & we stayed busy. The best part is when you get to try different drinks around the world & mix different flavors with Coca Cola products. After awhile your done & almost sick feeling from trying all them flavors. Oh & there is a vault there , that they said was the actual vault the held the secret to making Coca Cola. Went to take Cameron's picture & he crossed over the line & a alarm went off & people started telling him to get back. Ummm I just don't know if I believe it or not ? When you left you got to pick out a free glass bottle of coke . We had a good time .

...... More to come with the Aquarium . You know I was in heaven & have lots of pics to up load !
