Roasted Okra

Many have asked about the roasted okra so here it is. Cap the okra. Drizzle olive oil & roll the okra around till coated , doesn't take much. Then coat with Ms. Dash & roll them around again till coated . Now you can bake them in the oven or grill them. Put in oven on 375 & turn about 5 mins. I usually listen to hear if they start sizzling. We skewer them when we put them on the grill but u don't have to. Just easier to turn. You know their done with they start to get seared looking , that's when you turn them. When you have them seared at least on both sides their done. They are yummy & not slimy ! You can use frozen or fresh. This is what I got out of my garden this week.  

* These won't as seared as I usually do them but still were good.
