Attempted to do another beer in the butt chicken today. Last time I did it, the chicken caught on fire & when I opened the grill it was black & rolled out on the deck. Probably didn't help that I used a tall boy either but I decided to try again & used a regular can this time. It poured rain again today, so put the chicken in the oven & it turned out so good ! Cameron & I got tickled watching Tyler pick it apart. He said that's probably the best Ive had & I started laughing at him, licking his finger & cleaning them bones & said yeah I think G'ma is with you enjoying it too. It was good !
Last full week of summer vacation & we are gonna try to use up every bit of it this week. Cameron has sat down & wrote a list to do this week. Gonna enjoy this week as much as we can & hope this rainy weather will go away. Thankful at for the rain but Ive had enough for now.
